It Started in Winter, 2020
Europe. Lockdown. Snow outside, and I was facing one of the most difficult times of my life.
My monthly cycles had become overwhelming—exhausting, disruptive, and nothing I tried seemed to help. Over-the-counter solutions, herbs, heating pads—none of it worked the way I needed it to.
I would be the third generation of women in my family dealing with extremely challenging periods.

I decided I wasn't going to accept that anymore.

Creating a Solution
With a background in research and quality management, and years of reading about botanicals and wellness, I decided to create something myself.
In about 15 minutes, I made the first formula. I used it on my lower abdomen and lower back, and within minutes, I felt different—so much better, calmer, so much more comfortable. For the first time in a while, I felt hopeful.
Over the next two cycles with using my new serum, things for me dramatically shifted. My monthly experience was transformed, and it became manageable, regular.

When I returned to the States, I spent about a year refining the formula. I chose every ingredient carefully—potent botanicals inspired by the rainforest, including two types of turmeric. Natural ingredients that work quickly.
